Partner Identification
Our client, an investment group owning a chain of private hospitals in several Chinese provinces, asked Asia Waypoint to identify a suitable business partner in Europe.
We researched several options, finally approaching a leading university hospital in Europe. Asia Waypoint introduced the two parties, accompanied the Chinese investors to first business meetings hosted by the university clinic.
In a second project phase, we helped our client to negotiate a longterm cooperation agreement that includes technical and operational advice on building and operating a modern clinic, onsite support in China during the construction of new private hospitals from European hospital directors and medical experts, joint marketing campaigns and an innovative cooperation to answer questions from patients regarding best practices for treatments and operations.
